About Us
Photography Made Simple
JedPhotos is an online camera and photography retailer serving customers across the United Kingdom. We offer a wide selection of digital cameras, lenses and photography accessories from leading international brands.
Our goal is simple: to make quality photography equipment more accessible through competitive pricing, a straightforward shopping experience and reliable customer support.
Our Products
We specialise in cameras, lenses and photography equipment from established brands including Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm, Leica, Panasonic, Sigma and many others.
Our products are sourced through our international supply network, allowing us to offer a broad selection of photography equipment at competitive prices.
All products sold by JedPhotos are new and unused. As products are sourced internationally, some items may have their outer packaging opened for inspection, quality verification, or the inclusion of an appropriate power adapter or translated documentation. The product itself remains unused unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.
Delivery to the United Kingdom
JedPhotos primarily serves customers in the United Kingdom.
Orders are fulfilled through our international supply and logistics network and delivered to customers using established courier partners. Estimated delivery times and relevant shipping information are clearly provided on our Delivery Information page.
The price shown at checkout is the amount payable for your order. Where applicable, import duties, taxes and customs charges associated with delivery are covered by JedPhotos, so customers will not be asked to pay additional import or customs charges upon delivery.
Warranty & Customer Support
We want customers to have clear support after their purchase. Eligible products are covered by our 18-month JedPhotos retailer warranty, subject to the terms of our Warranty Policy.
Our customer service team is available to assist with questions about products, orders, delivery, returns and warranty claims.
For full details, please refer to our Delivery Information, Returns & Refunds Policy and Warranty Policy.
