2. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

3.1. Authenticity: JedPhotos operates as an independent, global reseller of new and unused photographic equipment. We are not an official partner or franchised dealer for the brands listed.
3.2. Sourcing & Regional Variations: We source inventory globally to provide competitive pricing. Consequently, items may feature packaging or manuals in languages other than English. Where applicable, our technicians will default the camera's system language to English prior to dispatch. A factory reset by the user may revert this setting.
3.3. Accuracy: While we make every effort to display correct specifications, images, and features, minor manufacturer updates may occur. Display colors may also vary depending on your device's screen calibration.
4. Pricing Transparency, Taxes, and Payment Terms
4.1. Comprehensive Pricing: All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP). The price shown at checkout is the final amount payable for the order, subject to the terms set out below.
4.2. Import Duties and Customs (DDP): All necessary import duties, customs fees, and local delivery charges are absorbed into the final checkout price. There will be absolutely no surprise fees or secondary charges upon delivery. By completing your purchase, you agree to act as the Importer of Record, while we facilitate all customs documentation and cover the associated fees on your behalf.
4.3. VAT Invoices: Tartufo Limited operates in Hong Kong and is not registered for UK VAT. As such, the checkout price is a final consumer price. We cannot provide itemized VAT invoices, and business entities cannot reclaim VAT on purchases made through JedPhotos.
4.4. Payment Methods & Verification: We accept secure payments via major credit and debit cards through our verified payment processors. For your protection, orders may be subject to anti-fraud verification. If an order cannot be verified, it will be canceled and fully refunded.
5. Order Processing and Contract Formation
5.1. Order Acceptance: Adding items to your cart and completing checkout constitutes an "offer to buy." A legally binding contract is only formed when we dispatch your goods and send a shipping confirmation email.
5.2. Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch due to inventory shortages, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. In the event of a pricing error, you will be notified immediately and given the choice to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.
6. Shipping, Fulfillment Origins, and Delivery
6.1. Fulfillment Location: While our customer service is managed between the UK and Hong Kong, all physical inventory is housed in, fulfilled from, and dispatched directly via our international logistics hub in Hong Kong.
6.2. Transit Times: We exclusively serve customers within the United Kingdom. Standard estimated delivery is between 7 and 14 Business Days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of dispatch.
6.3. Address Requirements: Deliveries require a valid residential or commercial address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or automated parcel lockers.
6.4. Lost or Damaged Goods: If a parcel arrives damaged, or components are missing, you must notify our customer support team within 48 hours of the recorded delivery time.

8. Retailer Warranty
JedPhotos provides an 18-month retailer warranty covering inherent manufacturer defects. 9. Corporate and Research Purchases (B2B Restocking Fee)
9.1. Commercial Evaluation: If you are purchasing on behalf of a corporation, production company, or research facility specifically for testing, review, or evaluation purposes, your order is classified as a B2B transaction.
9.2. Restocking Fee: Any items returned under this B2B classification are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus the deduction of original outbound shipping costs.
9.3. Consumer Exemption: Standard retail consumers purchasing for personal use are entirely exempt from this restocking fee, provided they meet the standard 14-day return criteria.
10. Promotions and Loyalty Programs
Any promotional codes, discounts, or loyalty points issued by JedPhotos are provided on a limited, first-come, first-served basis. We retain the right to modify, suspend, or revoke promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
