Welcome to the JedPhotos Loyalty Programme. This scheme is designed to reward our returning customers with exclusive benefits and points that can be used for discounts on future purchases.

The terms outlined below govern your participation in this programme and operate alongside the general JedPhotos Terms & Conditions. By joining or participating in the programme, you agree to these rules.

1. Programme Eligibility

Membership in the JedPhotos Loyalty Programme is free of charge and open to individuals aged 18 years or older who maintain an active registered account on our website.

To earn and redeem points, you must be logged into your JedPhotos account at the time of purchase.
Guest checkouts do not qualify for point accumulation.

2. Earning Points

Members earn points on qualifying purchases based on the final order value.

Earning Rate: For every £1 GBP spent on eligible products, you will earn 1 loyalty point.
When Points are Added: Points are automatically credited to your account once your order has been confirmed and successfully dispatched.
Exclusions: Points are calculated on the price of the products. Points cannot be earned on shipping fees, taxes, or the purchase of gift cards unless explicitly stated in a promotional offer.
No Retroactive Earning: Points cannot be claimed or credited retroactively for purchases made before joining the programme or for orders placed without logging into your account.

3. Redeeming Points

You can use your accumulated points to apply a discount to future eligible purchases directly at checkout.

Redemption Rate: 100 points equals a £1 GBP discount.
Flexibility: There is no minimum or maximum point threshold required to redeem your points on an order.
Point Accumulation on Discounted Orders: If you use points to discount an order, you will only earn new points on the final remaining cash balance paid out-of-pocket, not on the portion paid via points.

4. Validity and Expiration

To encourage active participation, loyalty points have an expiration timeframe.

18-Month Expiry: Points are valid for 18 months from the date they are issued to your account.
If no points are redeemed and no new purchases are made for 18 consecutive months, your accumulated points balance will automatically expire and be reset to zero.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Adjustments

To maintain fairness and accuracy in the programme, points balances are adjusted when orders are modified or returned.

Earning Reversals: If you return a product for a refund, the points originally earned from purchasing that specific product will be deducted from your account balance.
Redemption Forfeiture: If you return an order where points were used to obtain a discount, you will be refunded the actual monetary amount paid. The points used to discount that original purchase are forfeited and will not be returned to your account.

6. Non-Transferability and Cash Value

No Cash Value: Points are a promotional benefit and hold no standalone monetary or cash value. They cannot be exchanged or cashed out.
Non-Transferable: Points and membership benefits are strictly tied to the individual account holder. They cannot be transferred, sold, or shared with another person or account.

7. Account Activity and Programme Termination

Account Suspension: JedPhotos reserves the right to suspend or terminate a loyalty account without notice if we detect misuse, fraudulent purchasing behavior, or a violation of our general Terms & Conditions.
Voluntary Cancellation: You may opt out of the loyalty programme at any time by contacting customer service. Opting out will result in the immediate forfeiture of your points balance.
Programme Changes: JedPhotos reserves the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue the loyalty programme, including earning and redemption rates, at our discretion. Should the programme be terminated entirely, members will be notified via email and given a 60-day grace period to redeem any outstanding points.
Liability: JedPhotos is not liable for points lost due to technical errors, website unavailability, or account termination.
