Accepted Payment Methods
At JedPhotos, we want to make your checkout experience as smooth and secure as possible. We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Credit & Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, securely processed via Revolut.
- Digital Wallets: Pay securely using Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Revolut Pay.
- Bank Transfers: Secure bank transfers via Revolut.
All available payment options will be clearly displayed at checkout. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) or personal cheques.
Currency & Pricing Transparency
All prices displayed on the JedPhotos website are in British Pounds (GBP / £). The price you see at checkout is the final total for your order. We are committed to complete pricing transparency—there are no hidden fees or unexpected delivery charges added after your purchase.
Taxes, Customs & Duties
- JedPhotos is operated by Tartufo Limited and is not currently registered for UK VAT. Therefore, we do not charge UK VAT separately and cannot provide UK VAT invoices,
- All prices displayed on our website are the final prices payable for the products. Where applicable, import duties, taxes and customs charges associated with delivery are covered by JedPhotos.
- Customers will not be required to pay additional import duties or customs charges upon delivery.
- Business customers should note that, as we are not UK VAT registered, UK VAT cannot be reclaimed on purchases from JedPhotos.
Secure Checkout
Your security is our priority. Our checkout process is fully encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology. JedPhotos does not store, retain, or have direct access to your credit card details; all sensitive payment data is handled directly by our secure payment processors (Revolut).
To protect our customers and prevent unauthorised transactions, certain orders may be subject to a standard verification process. If additional verification is required, a member of the JedPhotos team will contact you. Orders that fail our fraud verification checks will be cancelled, and the payment will be immediately refunded in full to the original method.
Payment Processing & Dispatch
Your payment method will be charged at the time you place your order. Orders are only processed and dispatched for fulfillment from our Hong Kong warehouse once the payment has been fully authorised and verified. If a payment fails to authorise, we will notify you so you can attempt an alternative payment method.
Refunds & Additional Bank Fees
If an order is cancelled prior to dispatch (due to stock unavailability or verification issues), your payment will be refunded in full to the original payment method. Please note that refund processing times vary by financial institution and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
While JedPhotos never charges transaction fees, we are not responsible for any independent charges imposed by your bank or credit card provider (such as foreign transaction fees or currency conversion rates).
