Expedited Shipping Fee

Terms & Conditions

1. Please contact our team at info@jedphotos.com before purchasing the Expedited Shipping Service. We will confirm whether your order is eligible for expedited processing and delivery.
2. The Expedited Shipping Service must be purchased together with the camera or lens you are ordering. It cannot be added to an existing order once it has been placed.
3. Expedited shipping will only be arranged after you have received written confirmation from JedPhotos that your order qualifies for the service.
4. Although we will prioritise your order to reduce delivery times wherever possible, the Expedited Shipping Service does not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time.
5. The Expedited Shipping Service fee is non-refundable once your request has been confirmed and payment has been processed, unless we are unable to provide the service.
6. If you need to amend or cancel your expedited shipping request, you must contact us as soon as possible after receiving confirmation. Once your order has entered the dispatch process, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
7. The Expedited Shipping Service fee is excluded from all discounts, promotional offers, voucher codes, and other price reductions.
